Hong Kong - Cathay Pacific Airways has launched an aggressive print, online and TV campaign to support its revamped business, economy and first class cabins.

The airline has taken a four-page spread in today's South China Morning Post and launched a TVC for the airline's business class as part of the promotion campaign from its agency McCann Erickson.

Online, Cathay Pacific Airways has launched mini-site which allows users to take a virtual tour around the business cabins and simulate a landing at Hong Kong International Aiport.

The company will also heavily promote its new services through regional portals like MSN in Asia.

The group reported its net profit climbed up to 72% in response to the strong demand for first and business travel.

The number of passengers carried by both Cathay Pacific and Dragon Air has increased 7.2%, and it saw a 14.3% rise in capacity over the year.
