Singapore - UPS has handed Euro RSCG 4D its regional digital business following a multi-market pitch which will now see the agency develop UPS's eCRM activities.
The regional business will be run from Euro RSCG 4D Singapore with support from other offices across the region. Doug Gibeaut, Atlanta based global director of relationship marketing said Euro RSCG 4D was appointed based on its depth of digital marketing resources and experience across the region in business to business.
"We're delighted by the win. UPS is a significant regional digital business. The confidence they've placed in us shows the strength of our digital and CRM resources. The win was a team effort across our Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and regional operations," George Gallate, regional CEO for Euro RSCG and global chairman for Euro RSCG 4D said.
The pitch was conducted by AAR and went two rounds with presentations to global and regional teams.
