China - Proximity China has won the New Balance account and will develop an integrated marketing programme for New Balance China.
Narelle Hicks, general manager, Proximity China, said, "The work that will be developed will support the new and engaging brand platform that was recently rolled out around the globe. We will effectively build on the new global campaign and bring in highly engaging digital and event based ideas to address the very specific business challenges in China".
The brand campaign creative was developed by BBDO New York who was named New Balance's global creative agency of record in October 2007.
Michael Wellman, managing director, New Balance China, said, "We are working closely with Proximity China to ensure we optimise a mix of traditional and new creative mediums to establish a strong marketing platform that delivers results".
