Elements creative heads to McCann start-up
Hong Kong - The 291 Melons, a sub-brand of McCann Erickson, has landed the creative and media business of luxury shopping centre Elements.
Launched in January this year, 291 Melons describes itself as a specialised division in art collaboration. The company is backed by a host of McCann Erickson staffers including McCann Erickson MD Spencer Wong and McCann's creative consultant Nick Lim.
"Sometimes we need to keep re-inventing ourselves to fit into the changing society and people's lives. Doing business is an art, is redefined as making art could be a business," 291 Melons said in a statement.
Universal McCann will handle media buying for Elements, but all creative work will be developed under the 291 Melons banner.
In a statement the company said it will have more business to announce soon.
