O&M hires BBH planning lead

Singapore - Ogilvy & Mather Singapore has appointed former BBH Singapore head of planning Gwen Raillard to group executive planning director, replacing Gorse Jeffries.

Raillard will report directly to Stephen Mangham, O&M Singapore's group chairman, and ensure strategic planning is at the heart of all creative development - across all brands and all disciplines. He starts work on 21 May and will head a department of 10.

He will also join the Ogilvy Group's Executive Committee and help to drive and strengthen the strategic direction of the Singapore Ogilvy Group.

Raillard began his advertising career at Mother in London, moved to Lowe London in 2000, joined BBH London in 2002, and then moved to Asia to head up BBH's planning division in Singapore.

Jeffries has relocated with her family to San Francisco.
