SMG hires two

Australia - Starcom MediaVest Group Sydney has appointed Anna Lenart and Jonathon Key as client business director and media strategist respectively.

Lenart began her career at AIS Media in 1995, before moving to George Patterson Bates and later Zenith to work on the Optus account for eight years.

Key will work with client business directors to develop innovative communication strategies for key clients. He began his career at Ford Motor Company in New Zealand as a sales and marketing planner and he has also previously worked for News International Newspapers and The Sun and News of the World newspapers.

"These appointments follow our business growth this year in Sydney within our existing client base and the recent Emirates and AAPT wins. Both Anna and Jonathon bring considerable experience and insight to our team and they will contribute greatly to our creative thinking in delivering communications solutions for our clients' business needs," Kenny Stewart, managing director of Starcom MediaVest Group Sydney, said.
