Hong Kong - PCCW and McDonald's have taken the lions share of awards at the annual SINA Online Ads Awards for creative ideas in online advertising.
The awards, announced today, saw a total of 22 awards dished out.
PCCW was twice awarded gongs in the "Professional" category, with McDonald's taking out three in the "My Most Favorite" category.
Other winners included adidas, 3 Hong Kong, One2Free, Nokia, Ocean Park, Pizza Hut, and SmarTone-Vodafone.
Celine Hi, chairperson of the Hong Kong Advertisers Association said online advertising spend for 2008 was a healthy 25% and that the awards seek to recognise outstanding online advertising.
This is the fifth SINA Online Advertising Awards.
