OOH marketer resurfaces at Zapcode
TOM OMG is part of SPH since the media conglomerate bought a 35% stake in the Li Ka Shing owned company in 2006.
Citing her family as the main reason for her return, Kuah's new responsibilities at Zapcode include overseeing operations, marketing, HR & administration and sales. Over the next few months however, she intends to direct her focus more towards marketing efforts.
She reports to advertising veteran Geoff Tan, SVP of SPH's marketing division, who is also new to the company.
Kuah states digital marketing as her potential greatest challenge, especially mobile marketing and will work to educate marketers on the benefits of embarking on a mobile marketing campaign as well as growing the number of "zappers" (people who "zap").
Before SPH, Kuah was with Clear Channel Singapore Singapore for four years. She was instrumental in the development of the ARMs (Audience Reach Measurement Study) together with Nielsen Media Research in 2004.
