LB Mumbai tops Goafest
India - Leo Burnett Mumbai won 47 awards at the recent Goafest 2008, including two Grand Prix titles in two categories for its campaign for Luxor Highlighters.
As there is no scoring system for the Goafest Awards, the highest accolade is a Grand Prix title. Out of the 47 wins, seven were awarded for its campaign for Luxor Highlighters. The artwork featured extensive information on one of the characters on a single page with a portion being highlighted. The highlighted part forms the face of the icons such as Charlie Chaplin and Hitler.
Mark Tutssel, CEO, Leo Burnett Worldwide, said, "This is truly an outstanding campaign that should get both India and Leo Burnett a lot of glory."
Other campaigns that won Leo Burnett several metals include work for Getty Images, Tide Detergent, and Reliance Mobile.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Sharma, chairman of Leo Burnett Mumbai, said, "We would like to thank our clients for demanding only the very highest standards of creative work."
