The recently concluded Promotional Marketing Awards of Asia (PMAA) saw 141 Worldwide Singapore walk away with 15 awards, including the Best in Singapore and Best in Asia accolades.

In second place was Tequila Singapore, which won eight awards while third place went to 141 Worldwide Shanghai with six wins.

141 Worldwide Singapore's ‘Nokia defend your turf' campaign - a joint project between 141 Worldwide Singapore and Bates Singapore, earned three Golds, two Silvers as well as the ‘Best in' awards, while a further three Golds, two Silvers and three Bronzes for clients Nokia, Heineken and Timberland completed the agency's haul.

"The big winners for 141, such as the Nokia campaign, truly showcase our skills in total brand activation," Anthony Pounds, CEO 141 Worldwide Singapore said. "141 paid attention in communicating in a manner that is relevant to the audience at the most influential touchpoints to ultimately change their behaviour towards the brand."

The Nokia campaign featured a touring group of young street footballers from Rio de Janeiro, who challenged young Asian street footballers from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Australia to football matches. The campaign utilised TV, outdoor, radio, press, online, mobile, event, PR and direct marketing to convey its message.
