The Bugis Grand Ballroom measures 546 square meters and holds up to 600 people in theatre style or 370 people in banquet style. It can be broken down into three separate rooms of equal size, each capable of holding 96 people in classroom style. Bugis Grand Ballroom with its 10 meter high ceiling has an outdoor terrace adjoining it with floor to ceiling windows that allow daylight into the ballroom.

Bugis Vault, of 216 square meters, holds up to 90 people in theatre style or 100 people in banquet style.  Can be split into 3, the biggest can accommodate 72 people in a classroom setup and the smallest can do a boardroom setup for 14 people. The Bugis Vault is located in the lower lobby level and is suitable for events that demand a high level of privacy.

The Malacca Room is 163 square meters and holds 120 people in theatre style or banquet style.  When divided into three, the smallest can accommodate a small reception for 20 people and the 2 larger ones hold up to 27 people each in classroom setup.

The roof top patio is especially suitable for small networking cocktails or intimate ROM ceremonies.

The boardroom has a fixed setting for 12 people.

The Windsor Ballroom, located on level 2, seats 370 guests and is complete with elegant chandeliers, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, teleconferencing and audio visual systems. Windsor Ballroom is ideal for gala weddings, society events, theme and launch parties, as well as medium to large seminars, conferences and corporate functions. The ballroom can be further divided into two to four smaller rooms – Arundel, Dover, Hampton and Leeds – to each accommodate smaller functions and seminar groups.

The Tudor Ballroom’s private reception area provides a perfect setting for mingling and cocktails during seminar breaks or before a banquet. The Tudor ballroom is able to accommodate a 240 guests seated.

Jurong BirdPark has five main venues for private bookings or events and for outdoor spaces there are the Songbird Terrace and Picnic Grounds.

 

Songbird Terrace is an outdoor space which is ideal for pre-dinner cocktails and wedding solemnisation ceremonies. For standing cocktails, it holds up to 200 guests. As for the Picnic Grounds, it is ideal for family day events and private outdoor parties as it accommodates up to 2,000 guests. 

 

There are a range of indoor facilities. The Lodge on Flamingo Lake has indoor dining and is air-conditioned, which makes it ideal for lunch buffets, or informal dining and holds up to 150 people seated. The Lakeview Ballroom is also air conditioned for indoor dining, and is ideal for wedding luncheons or dinners, seminars and buffet dinners. It accommodates up to 300 people for sit down meals.

 

Treetops Room is a meeting facility ideal for presentations and private lunches or dinners, it holds up to 40 people for sit down meals. The venues overlooks the Flamingo Lake, where 1001 exotic flamingos live. The function venues offer a naturalistic backdrop for events held in the day and night. The venue is particularly popular with seminars, corporate dinners and luncheons as well as weddings.

Club Islander is located right on the fine sands of Palawan Beach.  In its own private setting, this beach bar lends itself as the ideal venue for small exclusive parties.  As an alternative, this event area is expandable by extending the party from the wooden deck which is fitted with retractable canopies, to the sandy beach. A good outdoor venue for small exclusive parties, guests can enjoy lunch in cool comfort or party alfresco into the night.  It can hold 150 for a banquet seating and 180 for a standing reception.

Rasa Sentosa Resort on the western tip of Sentosa island, is Singapore’s only beachfront hotel. Set on a stretch of sandy white beach, the resort overlooks the South China Sea.

 

Recreational activities such as cycling, jogging, beach volleyball, rock wall climbing are available.

The ballroom on level one can be adapted to meetings and conferences of any size. The room measures 581 square meters and accommodates up to 550 guests for cocktail receptions, 600 for theatre style, 500 for banquets and 350 in classroom seating.

 

The 7 Rasa Suites and Boardroom on level 6 measure 32 to 44 square meters each. Ideal for cocktail receptions or provate banquets, they hold up to 20 people. Boardroom style meeting layouts are suitable for 10 to 18 delegates and are equipped with the latest audio-visual aids.
