WE director shifts to Philips healthcare

Hong Kong - Philips Healthcare has nabbed Fina Wong, former client service director for Waggener Edstrom for a newly created role as regional marcom manager to strengthen strategic support for stakeholders across Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong, Wong is tasked to manage advertising and PR, including event marketing, online marketing and market research to communicate global branding and communications direction as well as localise strategies to support key market needs.

She reports directly into Ibel Wong, regional marcom director for Philips Healthcare.

Before Philips, Wong was client service director for Waggener Edstrom where she joined in 2001 and held several roles from chief rep of China to client service director for Greater China and Asia. Her previous job experiences include working as senior consultancy roles at Hill & Knowlton and Ogilvy PR servicing Microsoft, IBM and Nokia.
