Singapore – Incumbent DDB has fought off competitors to retain its creative hold on the Singapore Health Promotion Board’s Adult health progammes which include Adult AIDS and Smoking Control.

DDB will be responsible for creative advertising, media strategy, market research, strategic partnership alliances and direct marketing. The scope of the account also involves through-the-line campaigns for a host of programmes which include nutrition, mental well-being, infectious disease and chronic disease management as well as integrated campaigns for HIV/AIDS education and smoking-control.

The final leg of the pitch involved agencies such as Euro RSCG and The Alchemy Partnership.

DDB has been HPB’s incumbent agency for its Adult Health programmes since 2006, when the agency was first awarded the business.

Marketing first broke the news of the pitch on 24 January.
