Sporting Spectrum hires ex-national rugby coach

Singapore - Sporting Spectrum, an experiential marketing, sports and events management company, has hired Justin Sampson as its country head and regional manager based in Singapore.

Formerly director of advertising and sales sponsorships for ESPN STAR Sports covering Australia, Middle East and SE Asia, Sampson will now oversee the Sporting Spectrum's business development, operations and training throughout the region. He will also be responsible for the running of upcoming events such as the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, Anlene Orchard Mile, as well as City Chase in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Sampson was at the sports network for seven years and he left the company in November 2006. Prior to this, he was the national coach for the Singapore rugby team.
