BBDO goes green with WWF

Philippines - BBDO Guerrero Ortega has teamed up with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and launched a campaign to raise awareness of global warming and encouraging Filipino companies to become more energy efficient.

Glow in the dark stickers were distributed to corporate and government offices in Manila as a reminder to switch off unnecessary lights and conserve energy.

This initiative by BBDO Guerrero Ortega was recognised at the 24th Annual Creative Guild of the Philippines Awards held earlier this month, and won gold for this work in the ‘Ambient' category.

Paul Roebuck, CEO of BBDO Guerrero Ortega said, "We have a great partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature. This is an important environmental initiative that will be used as part of this year's global Earth Hour event being held on March 29, 2008".
