Hong Kong - JCDecaux Pearl & Dean has moved its marketing director Roid Sin to head up its new Digital Vision company as divisional general manager.
In his newly created role, Sin will oversee sales of the plasma TV network and lead his team in the development of new digital products in MTR.
Teresa Fung, general manager for JCDecaux Pearl & Dean, said the new division will enhance the company's existing products and added that digital will be a key trend in outdoor advertising.
Sin was previously general manager for Universal McCann before he joined JCDecaux Pearl & Dean as marketing director in August 2006. He reports directly to Fung.
Meanwhile, Ada Kong, ex-business software lead for Microsoft, will replace Sin as marketing director for JCDecaux Transport and she will report to deputy GM, Douglas Mulcock.
