The Hollywood Reporter stalks Asia
Singapore - The Hollywood Reporter will be launching THR-Asia.com, a new English-language website which features include breaking news on entertainment, reviews, analysis, videos from Asia and around the world.
"The launch of THR-Asia.com reflects the increasingly global and interconnected nature of the entertainment community. This move further advances our goal to be first in taking the global pulse of the business of entertainment - and serving readers and advertisers across the world with the most relevant information and insight delivered on every platform," The Hollywood Reporter's SVP and publishing director, Eric Mika, said.
Content from seven Asian regions can be navigated from the home page - China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Thailand. It will include contributions from Asian as well as Asia-related coverage from its Los Angeles HQ and other bureaus.
For the past year, The Hollywood Reporter has expanded its international capabilities and Asian with staff stationed in Hong Kong and Beijing.
