Hong Kong - PCCW has expanded its Eye multimedia service, adding a raft of infotainment applications in a bid to increase subscription base.
Ogilvy & Mather has created a campaign to support its product development, which includes a series of six different TV commercials to describe the functions of individual applications.
Print, radio and out-of-home ads are also involved in Eye's promotion campaign, which will run until late March.
As part of the expanded service, PCCW will allow subscribers to place bets with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, access Octopus card details and purchase lottery tickets.
Mobile phone users can also be connected to Eye to make video phone calls.
"I believe the unparalleled convenience of PCCW eye caters for the practical needs and interests of every member of the household-from young children to senior citizens," Tom Chan, PCCW Consumer group managing director, said.
