Qais wins EconomyWatch

India - Economy portal EconomyWatch has appointed Qais Consulting as its AOR, for a three year term, to its $500,000 account following a pitch.

"This marks our second win in India following our work with Crowne Plaza South West India last year. We are delighted to have been selected by a visionary group who are now looking to take a site that has grown organically and bring it into the Web 3.0 era," Keith Timimi, CEO for Qais Consulting, said.

Qais Consulting has been retained to carry out extensive research into users of both EconomyWatch and other finance sites worldwide, use the findings to overlay a new content and community strategy over the current site, re-design the look and feel, develop new featured content and functionality including subscription databases of economic data and a community wiki, execute a marketing strategy including search, display and email marketing, and commercialisation including establishing direct and network ad sales and forming revenue-sharing partnerships for new services.
