Role Description:
Reporting to Vice President with responsibility in defining the corporate global sourcing strategy and directing the plant's tactical purchasing to achieve total landed cost improvements. You will develop and define strategic business plans to achieve optimal performance of the supply chain, with focus on strategic global sourcing initiatives and cross factory synergies. You will lead a team of internal employees and external partners to execute supply chain that will support the company’s global manufacturing structure, and business growth model. You will collaborate with other key functional groups to achieve the corporate objectives for process improvements and Lean Six Sigma.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should come with at least 10 years of related industry with 5 years in senior management level in global sourcing/procurement of electrical, mechanical and chemical materials. You should possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Science and Engineering field. You must have strong negotiation, convincing, influencing and interpersonal skills. You must be able to travel on short notice. Individual with prior experience in low cost supply base region such as Asia and/or East Europe is preferred.
