Shanghai - Aegis Media's Greater China digital agency, wwwins Consulting, has taken over the management of Audacee Digital in its bid to become a full-service digital marketing group.

Audacee Digital is a business-to-business digital company with clients including Microsoft, Motorola, L'Oreal Cosmetics and Shell. The company also has a offices in Beijing, Taipei and Shanghai.

Jean Lin, founder and CEO of wwwins Greater China, said the move was important as clients were now seeking a better mix of services in the digital field.

"Traditional agencies consider digital to be just another format of creative and that they can offer clients digital solutions, but we see digital from a holistic point of view," Lin said.

"This new partnership with Audacee will secure the deep technical skills required to deliver full-service digital solutions to clients."

In late January, all Audacee's staff moved across the wwwins and Audacee founder and CEO Jane Lin-Baden has been appointed managing partner at wwwins.

wwwins has expand its China operations to more than 250 staff since landing Coca-Cola's digital business in 2006. The agency also opened a Hong Kong office in September last year.
