UPDATED: Saatchis chief heads to London

Singapore - Michael Rebelo, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, will be relocating in June to London as its new UK managing director.
During his tenure in Singapore, Rebelo has led the 100-strong agency to pick up awards from AdFest, Cannes, Clio, Effies and One Show. Saatchis was named Marketing's Agency of the Year 2007, in a survey based on client-marketer votes. New accounts that he brought in since he joined include, United Overseas Bank, ESPN, MSIG Insurance, Sony Ericsson and Tiger Beer.
Rebelo will report to Robert Senior CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi-Fallon Group, UK.
"Michael is world class talent. He has exactly the right combination of experience, talent and energy to make a colossal difference at Saatchi & Saatchi London," Senior, said
He has been with the Singapore agency since 2004, and previously worked within the Saatchis network.
Rebelo's successor will be announced within the next few weeks.
