McCann beefs up creative team

Malaysia - Senior brand director Gary Read, creative group head Jaideep Mahajan and associate for digital strategy Leong See Kit have joined McCann Erickson to lead the agency's pursuit of fresh digital strategies and creative momentum.

Read will be responsible for new business development and branding initiatives. Joining with him was Mahajan, a winner of prestigious national and international awards including Direct Marketing Asia Awards, AdFest (Asia Pacific) and Cannes. Meanwhile Leong's experience in e-commerce will be extended to cover various digital modules covering viral marketing, mobile content management, database marketing, and interactive.
