JWT talent handler takes on APAC role

Singapore - JWT has promoted JWT India's Sapna Srivastava to the role of chief talent officer for the APAC region and relocated her to the agency's regional office in Singapore.

Srivastava was head of human resources at JWT India for six years and in the past has implemented programs in India such as climate surveys, performance management processes and training workshops to address the needs of talents.

"Over the past few years, our efforts have had a tremendously positive impact on retention and overall employee satisfaction. Sometimes the smallest changes can have a huge impact on an employee's well being and happiness," she said.

Michael Maedel, JWT Worldwide president said when he saw the innovative talent programs introduced in India, he knew Srivastava was the right person for the newly established regional role.
