Deadlines and materials? As early as possible.
Dos and don'ts when approaching you? Do be friendly and helpful and please do not put me in a difficult position.
Best PR approach so far? I've been invited to a press trip to Bordeaux. They provided me with a private guide, I visited the Big Five, dined with the owners of the Grand Cru wineries and stayed in the chateau. That, to me, is unique, personalised and intimate.
