Job of the week: Change Management Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are to provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of communications and change management plans and activities.

Role Description:

A new BPO (Business Process Optimisation) team has been set up within a regional supply chain organisation. This team is designed to look into business optimisation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are to provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of communications and change management plans and activities. You will also gather feedback from the local market, provide guidance and recommend solutions to address the needs and concerns of stakeholders. You are also required to develop and implement relevant change management templates, tools and standards.

Requirements:

You should possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and have a minimum of five to six years’ experience in communication. This should be paired with change management experience within a large and preferably multinational organisation.
