Singapore - Fox International Channels Asia and StarHub have launched the world's first 24-hour commercial-free television channel - BabyTV - in Singapore.

BabyTV caters to infants and toddlers three years and below, providing programmes that help build a good foundation for future learning and foster parent-child interaction. It consists of daytime and nighttime play lists - daytime programmes encourage activity and feature music, colours, nature and educational concepts, while nighttime programmes are gentler and calmer, featuring gentle-moving objects and soothing colours to create a secure atmosphere at home.

BabyTV is currently screened in over 70 countries, including on Indovision in Indonesia, nowTV in Hong Kong and MegaTV and HanaTV in Korea.
