Wunderman helps Xbox nurture customer relationships

Singapore - Xbox Asia Pacific has appointed Wunderman Singapore to handle customer relationship management solutions in several markets in the APAC region.
Wunderman sends monthly newsletters, tactical emailers to Xbox customers - existing console owners and prospects, in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and India. Up-sell programs and banners on the console dashboard are also executed. On a project basis, new game launches are provided. The work is managed centrally out of Singapore.
"Wunderman demonstrates a strong passion and deep understanding of our market category. This helps us to connect and engage with our target audience and build long lasting relationships," Ellen Bone, regional manager, Xbox Asia & Greater China, said.
