WE on senior management drive

Hong Kong - Waggener Edstrom has appointed a general manager and vice president of technology for its Hong Kong operation in a bid to boost its senior clout in 2008.
James Sun joins WE Hong Kong as GM and VP of the APAC technology practice from Ketchum where he oversaw corporate and technology practices.
Sun brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, business development, government relations, marketing communications and IT education.
The PR agency has also hired Angel Yip as senior account manager to oversee the Microsoft and other major accounts.
Yip joins the agency from the China Rowing Association where she served as executive director. She reports to Monica Li.
