Singapore - Leo Burnett's creative duo Victor Ng and Jon Loke will join Euro RSCG Singapore at the end of March as creative directors and head up work on accounts such as Coca-Cola and Lee Hwa.

With Charlie Blower and Robert Upton, we now have outstanding creative leadership across the board which will help us deliver strong creative business ideas for our local and international clients," Matthew Fanshawe, CEO for Euro RSCG Singapore and Malaysia said in a statement.
Ng and Loke are currently deputy CD and head of art respectively at Leo Burnett Singapore, and will report directly to Euro RSCG Singapore's ECD Charlie Blower when they arrive.
