Yu named as Edipresse MD

Hong Kong - General manager of Greater China for Edipresse Asia, Roddy Yu, has been promoted to managing director, reporting directly to CEO and publisher Barrie Goodridge.
In his new role, Yu will take on full P&L, circulation and production responsibility for Edipresse's operations in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. The editorial, creative and online development teams will continue to report to Goodridge.
Yu's promotion was well-earned. Last year, he delivered of sales growth in excess of 25% and launched Macau Tatler, Elite Homes, YACHTStyle, Revolution and Sparkle. "This promotion significantly strengthens our senior management team and allows me the time to focus on the key strategic regional growth areas of on-line, new product development and acquisitions," Goodridge said.
