Singapore - HP has created an interactive holographic ad as part of its, ‘What do you have to say?' integrated marketing campaign, and is being showcased first at Suntec City Mall and Coex Mall, Seoul, Korea.
HP's SVP, imaging and printing group for APAC and Japan, Christopher Morgan said, "We found this new holographic advertising medium ideal, as it not only allows our customers to interactively express themselves, but also showcases what they can expect and achieve from our recently announced print 2.0 strategy."
The set-up measures three by two metres and is interactive, encouraging audience participation. The visual theme anchoring the display are the campaign signature graphics forming a ‘stream of images'. Via SMS, Viewers can interact with the holographic advertisement - with their text messages appearing on the text ticker above the display.
The holographic images are powered by an 'invisible screen' technology which features a patented micro lens structure that allows high quality, holographic rear projection of large sized objects.
Grain and Pixel is creator of the technology and is also responsible for the creative while Zenith Media was the media agency.
