UPDATED: Tham leaves StarHub for Taiwan Broadband

Singapore - StarHub's SVP for content and marketing Tham Loke Kheng will join Taiwan Broadband in February 2008 as SVP for content and new business.

"Having been with Starhub SCV for almost 12 years it will be hard to leave it behind, but it was time for me I suppose to explore somewhere out of the Singapore. With its vibrant and competitive Pay-TV market, Taiwan seems like a place with good potential to try something new," Tham said.

"We confirm Tham's departure and we are not planning to backfill her current position at the moment. Instead, we will be making slight changes to the organisation structure," StarHub's head of corporate communications, Jeannie Ong said.

Tham has been with the company since 1996 and has been pivotal in shaping the StarHub brand.
