Epsilon names integrated marketer as regional director
Prior to Epsilon, Hoon held senior management roles at Xperian Asia and Optimize Asia, where he led teams that provided customised integrated marketing services for enterprise clients such as IBM, Intel and Siemens throughout Asia.
