Text 100 nabs Young to head Beijing office

Beijing - Text 100 Public Relations has nabbed Candice Young, Edelman China's senior account director and practice leader of Marketing, as managing consultant and office lead for the Beijing office.

Young replaces Christopher Millward as Beijing lead and she will be responsible for supporting the management team as well as overseeing client consultancy and business leads.

She reports to Chris Tang, MD, Greater China for Text 100.

Ava Lawler, regional consultancy director for Text 100 APAC said that Candice's experiences and skills in consumer marketing will complement the growing portfolio in the digital lifestyle sector for the Beijing business.

Young worked in Edelman China for three years where she was senior account director and practice leader of marketing as well as supervise Edelman Guangzhou office. Prior to that, she held regional roles in MNCs such as assistant marketing director, Asia Pacific for Sennheiser Electronic and account director for Euro RSCG including founding and managing an online fashion portal called Ping Shop.
