Singapore - Euro RSCG 4D hires Patrick D'souza as client services director from Robbins Brandt Richter (RBR) a specialist direct marketing and relationship marketing agency in New Zealand.
He reports to Matthew Fanshawe, CEO Euro RSCG Singapore and Malaysia and replaces group account director, Valliappan Lakshmanan - who has been transferred to Japan to run the Dell business.
"I left RBR in mid November and commenced my new role at Euro RSCG two days later. I had spent 10 years working in Australia and then close to three years in New Zealand. While I thoroughly enjoyed working there felt it was time to experience life in a new part of the world. I chose to move back to Asia due to the opportunities it offered - in terms of market scale - and rate and pace of innovation," D'souza said.
He is tasked to lead, strengthen and enhance the digital, direct and relationship marketing capability of Euro RSCG Singapore.
In the last 12 years he has worked on developing customer acquisition, retention and growth strategies for several blue chip firms in the Australia New Zealand region. He has worked on Asian accounts such as IBM direct marketing at Wundermann Australia, and Novell at Rapp Collins Australia, and was previously with Ogilvy and Mather, India several years ago.
The RBR recently rebranded itself to Blackwood Communications Group after its merger with Blackwood Advertising.
