Singapore - BBC World has launched a new global print and online ad campaign - featuring its four anchors to support its flagship programme World News Today - created by RedBee Media, London.

The four presenters George Alagiah, Nik Gowing, Zeinab Badawi and Philippa Thomas are prominently featured in the ads. "Where are you today?" is the tagline for the online interactive alternative which together with a 30-second on-air trail, invites the consumers to find out which of the World News Today programmes are targeted to their region, and also provide relevant programme information and schedule.

BBC World's head of news Richard Porter said, "The fast-moving format retains the depth of analysis and impartiality of coverage. We hope this campaign to support the flagship programme will help viewers to become more familiar with the key face for their region and make this a must-watch show."

In Asia, the print ads will be seen in the The Wall Street Journal Asia; in the Middle East they will be placed in Trends and the The Middle East; in Europe, Time Magazine, Economist, Financial Times, International Herald Tribune and Newsweek. The online advertisements are appearing on time.com, economist.com, nytimes.com, and iht.com in Europe.
