Marina Mandarin promotes senior marketing talent
Singapore - Following its rebranding, Marina Mandarin has promoted Serene Law to director of sales and marketing, and made other key promotions and new hires in several departments.
Law will be tasked to upkeep the hotel's performance and positioning and is also in charge of its corporate, group and leisure sales. Her most recent title was director of sales and she started off with the hotel as its senior sales manager and was previously with Westin Stamford & Plaza, Conrad, Four Seasons, Shangri-La and Meritus Mandarin Singapore.
Marketing communications manager Lim Ee Jin has been promoted to the position of director of marketing communications having joined the hotel after its major renovation last year. She oversees its communication strategies, to deliver consistent delivery across all brand building touch points, and the enhancement of the brand equity through strategic platform initiatives. She was previously with Swissotel The Stamford, Raffles The Plaza and Ogilvy & Mather.
Other moves include the promotion of Wilson Lim as resident manager, and the new appointment of Pek Chin Siong as the director of rooms and guest services.
