Nike jumps to top winner at Casbaa Ad awards 07
Hong Kong - Nike walks away as big winner for its 'Jump' TV spot at Casbaa Tv Ad Awards 07 last evening, bagging three gongs, while Astro nabs two for its 'Tai Chor La' (seen it already) campaign.
The Wieden + Kennedy Shanghai developed 'Jump' campaign for Nike took the Best TVC Greater China, Best TVC Youth (targeted under 18) and Best TVC Sports and Leisure awards that featured local athlete Liu Xiang inspiring youths to be more involved in sports in light of the Beijing Olympics next year.
Astro's Astro on Demand 'Tai Chor La' campaign won the John Doherty Trophy for Campaign of the Year and Best TVC Southeast Asia.
This year, Samsung and the National Geographic Channel nabbed the new category award for Best Integrated Campaign by a Pay TV channel for 'Redefining the Beauty of the World' campaign educating viewers about HDTV.
