Sony HD World campaign goes for Gadget Ads
The campaign attempts to drive user-interest around High-Definition products, allowing users to engage with layers of content and view a TVC within the long-tail environment across Google's ad network.
"The significance of Sony embracing Gadget Ads and rich media was paramount for this campaign as the executions allow us to control hierarchy of messaging, and positions HD World as premium to consumers who've yet to understand the emotional value of higher quality resolution on their capturing or viewing devices," Joe Zandstra, VP of strategy and ECD for Qais Consulting said.
The campaign includes distribution of expandable rich media banners across regional portals and is the first SE Asia campaign to leverage on Google Gadget Ads which launched in the region a month ago.
