Li Lang picks JWT Shanghai
Shanghai - Li Lang, a menswear brand from Mainland China, has selected JWT Shanghai as its creative agency as the company aims to bring its brand to global markets.
Creative duties were previously handled by a local agency that were mostly tactical in strategy. The creative account then shifted to JWT Shanghai recently as the brand was impressed with how the agency handled local apparel brand Anta.
"We will take the promise of Li Lang's tagline, "Never simple but always concise" by giving it meaning and connecting the brand to customers", Tom Doctoroff, CEO for JWT, Greater China said.
Li Lang's tagline "fuses the design of clothes with a Chinese attitude to life" and JWT intends to create a "multi-dimension" for the brand as well as "taking on the spirit of 2008 Olympics". Creative campaign for Li Lang will begin early next year.
