Qais docks Esplanade web overhaul

Singapore - After a multi-party pitch, Qais Consulting has been appointed as creative interactive agency responsible for Esplanade-Theatres on the Bay's full website revamp.

"We have already started doing research projects for Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, and we are delighted to be deepening the relationship. Detailed research work will continue for us to understand how to best marry customer needs and expectations with business objectives. We will then work on the execution of the strategy across both creative and technical aspects. The resultant site will be a core part of positioning both Esplanade and Singapore as world-class arts destinations," Qais Consulting EVP sales and delivery Tripti Lochan said.

Qais will be in charge of customer research, strategy development, information architecture, creative design, and implementation of the Interwoven TeamSite content management system to support the revamped site.
