Baidu integrates with 24/7
Reaching 62% percent of China's 162 million internet users (100.44 million), the chinese search engine's application programming interface (API) will be incorporated into its Decide DNA search marketing platform.
24/7 Real Media's MD, Robbie Hills said, "We're thrilled that we are able to leverage our search expertise and technology leadership to incorporate Baidu's API. This will be very beneficial for advertisers with global search campaigns, especially those with a desire to reach China's rapidly growing online population."
The search marketing technology platform Decide DNA, scales and regionalises campaigns based on client-selected goals and specific criteria, leading to 24/7 Real Media status as leading paid search agency in two consecutive JupiterResearch SEM Constellation reports.
For the past two years, 24/7 Real Media has managed paid search campaigns in China. According to Analysys International, China's search engine market reached US$153 million (S$223.98 million) in the first half of 2007, increasing 69% quarter on quarter and 29% year on year. Its online advertising market is projected to reach US$1.5 billion (S$2.19 billion) by the end of 2010.
