Shanghai - EachNet, an online auctioneer formed from a joint venture between eBay and Shanghai-based web portal and wireless internet provider, Tom online has tapped on Epsilon International for its promotional email campaigns.
Epsilon International has inked an agreement with EachNet in September this year to provide its proprietary email communications and campaign management platform to allow Eachnet's consumers to customise based on their preferences.
Epsilon will also help EachNet manage and develop a triggered email account messaging that will enable the auctioneer to create and launch timely and relevant marketing campaigns to its approximately 30 million consumers.
