Synovate beefs up qualitative division

Singapore - Synovate has made three new appointments to its qualitative division with Singapore-based Sue Phillips being named training and development director while Steve Hales and Steve Wolf are now head of clients, and commercial director respectively.

In her new role, Phillips will apply best practices in project management, field, moderation, analysis, interpretation and presentation, and has 23 years of experience as a qualitative researcher.

As head of clients for global qualitative, Hales will manage a team of global insight directors who build relationships with key clients in the qualitative space. Wolf, as commercial director, will drive the commercial performance of the company's global qualitative offer as well as continue to lead Synovate's North American qualitative business from New York.
