Citroen rolls onto Fashion Steps Out runway
Singapore – Automobile brand Citroen signed on as the official car sponsor of the fashion runway show happening in Orchard Road from 16 March-29 April to gain exposure and associate itself with the creativity of the rebranded event.
Formerly known as Fashion Season @ Orchard, the six-week event comprising a variety of fashion shows and activities included a runway show that saw a segment of Orchard Road closed to vehicular traffic on 17 March.
“We felt there is synergy between Citroen and Fashion Steps Out as Citroen is a brand known for making bold decisions in terms of pushing the envelope of creativity,” Loh Shurn Lin, marketing manager for Citroen & Aftersales at Cycle & Carriage France Pte Ltd said.
With the sponsorship, Citroen is able to obtain above-the-line and online coverage as well as significant product exposure outside Mandarin Gallery.
Citroen customers were also offered passes to the event’s opening party held outside Mandarin Gallery on 17 March.
