Sky Cable brings Outdoor to the homes

Philippines - Multi Channels Asia has launched Outdoor-HD, a channel focusing on outdoor sports and entertainment, in the Philippines under a partnership with Sky Cable.  

The multi year deal with Sky Cable Philippines was negotiated by Cable Boss, the exclusive distributor of Outdoor Channel in the Philippines.

Outdoor Channel-HD will join Sky Cable's expanded variety of HD channels as part of the "All In HD" package as well as the HD Mini packages.

The channel is now available on every major operating system in the Philippines as well as on Sky Cable systems in Cebu and Davao. The agreement also gives Outdoor Channel an unrivalled level of distribution in Manila.

Jaja Suarez, head of programming of Sky Cable said: "Sky Cable is pleased to include Outdoor Channel in our HD line up to address this gap by providing an outdoor-based adventure-filled channel for enthusiasts and spectators alike."

The Outdoor Channel features traditional and contemporary outdoor sports such as fishing, off-road, safari as well as water, motor and extreme sports.
