McCann introduces MRM Down Under

MCCANN   DIGITAL   EXPANSION 

Australia - McCann Worldgroup has launched MRM in Australia and New Zealand to expand its digital and CRM offering in the region. 

Mark Cripps, regional director of MRM Asia Pacific will oversee the Australian operations of the agency while Renee Stewart, digital director will head up the account service team.

Stewart joins from Wunderman London, working across Ford and Land Rover portfolios.

Additional hires include Natasha Wood, Cayne Snowden and Matt Stoddart to the senior creative team, Daniel Gray as CRM and social media strategist and Ash Pegram as senior digital producer.

“There is a growing need from increasingly tech-savvy clients for solutions that unlock the potential of their CRM, digital and brand platforms,” Bill Kolb (pictured), global CEO of MRM, said.

“The current reinvigoration of McCann Worldgroup, combined with the overall strength and maturity of the Australian and New Zealand market, provide the perfect opportunity to bring MRM into the mix of the broader McCann Worldgroup model."

Ben Lilley, chief executive of McCann Worldgroup, said MRM will be a key competitive advantage in delivering creativity and technology for full service across the two markets.  

MRM currently operates in 25 countries with 34 offices across the globe and works with clients such as General Motors, Nestle, Intel, Dell, Verizon, MasterCard and Johnson & Johnson.
