Singapore - TNBT has bought over Indonesian X-Vision, an agency that specialises in below-the-line point of sale (POS) packaging and design.
Just five years of age, the BTL agency through its expertise in visual product packaging and design has managed to secure projects from Nestle, Unilever, Danone, Saralee, P&G, Coca Cola, Kraft General Food, Energizer, Campina Ice Cream and GSK - making it a large player in its niche field.
TNBT International's CEO Palani Pillai said, "It has got tremendous expertise in creating not just a pretty picture, but effective communications for its clients. Its method behind the magic and experienced team compliment CRUSH's current portfolio of services."
Francis Wanandi, president of X-Vision cited tough competition and the wider reach from the merger as key components to acquiescing to the appropriation by TNBT.
This would mean CRUSH Indonesia will house a staff-strength of 40, effectively raising it to medium-sized status. Albeit the lack of a mono-syllabic moniker this time, X-Vision marks the 4th acquire by Pillai since he started the business in 2001 - adding to its range of diverse fields in marketing.
