Bricoleur ropes in agency experts
Singapore – Industry heavyweights Manpreet Singh and Missy Devlin (pictured) have joined HR services firm Bricoleur Consulting as the company expands its talent selection team.
The new team also includes Mike Foster and Rodrigo Toni.
Manpreet Singh, ex-CEO of Mindshare Singapore and UM China, will be helping Bricoleur assess senior media talent.
Missy Devlin, former group account director of R/GA will be assessing senior talent for digital roles at Bricoleur. She was previously the MD and regional director with Ogilvy one and was last with R/GA.
Foster, former regional planning director with Leo Burnett and also former planning director with Lowe will be in charge of assessing senior planning and suiting talent.
Toni, previously regional CEO with IPSOS Singapore, will help assess talent for senior market research roles.
The new approach taken up by Bricoleur uses specialists to assess talent for specific roles with advertising, digital, media and market research agencies.
"It was developed based on observation, interactions with agency professionals from across the APAC region and through consultations with senior HR from agencies. Our approach to using an experienced planner for assessing a planning candidate for example helps to identify the best talent for the role and we have received a lot of positive feedback for this approach," Anu D'Souza, CEO of Bricoleur, said.
